Bookings and payment
Lessons and packages can be booked and paid for online or arranged directly with us. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Packages are paid for in advance and lesson prices are as shown at the time of booking.
Cancellations and rescheduling
If you need to cancel or move a lesson, please give us as much notice as possible. Lessons cancelled with less than the required notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full. We will always try to be fair and flexible where we can.
Lessons and conduct
You must hold a valid provisional (or full) UK driving licence and be fit to drive at each lesson, meaning not under the influence of alcohol or drugs and able to read a number plate at the required distance. Instructors may end a lesson without refund if it is unsafe to continue.
Refunds
Unused hours from a package may be refundable at our discretion, less any applicable fees. Please contact us to discuss.
Liability
Our instructors are DVSA approved and fully insured for tuition. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
