Deposits
A deposit paid to secure a booking reserves your slot and is deducted from the lesson cost. Deposits for lessons cancelled at short notice may be non-refundable.
Cancelling or rescheduling a lesson
If you need to cancel or move a lesson, please give us as much notice as possible, ideally at least 48 hours. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full, because the slot was reserved for you.
If we cancel
If we ever have to cancel a lesson, for example due to instructor illness or unsafe conditions, we will rearrange it at no cost to you.
Refunds on packages
Prepaid lesson packages are paid in advance. Unused hours may be refundable at our discretion, less any lessons already taken and any applicable fees. Please contact us to discuss and we will always try to be fair.
Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase and can only be redeemed by the named recipient. They are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
